This Policy applies to FinancialAdvisorPanel.com/FAPanel.com, and it governs any and all data collection and usage by us. Through the use of FinancialAdvisorPanel.com/FAPanel.com or surveys administered by FinancialAdvisorPanel.com/FAPanel.com you are therefore consenting to the data collection procedures expressed in this policy.
Specifically, this Policy will inform you of the following:
It is always up to you to disclose personally identifiable information. The surveys we administer are voluntary to respond to and we will typically ask Advisors to provide demographic information related to their practice. For example:
Your responses to a survey are not associated with you as an individual, rather aggregated with the responses of other survey respondents and reported in aggregate, as statistics only. We are engaged by our clients, typically large financial services companies, to report back with an analysis of the findings. These companies never receive information regarding you, your practice, or your individual survey responses.
From time-to-time FinancialAdvisorPanel.com/FAPanel.com may provide you with complimentary research reports that we feel are relevant to you and your practice. These reports will only include aggregated data, not individual level information.
FinancialAdvisorPanel.com/FAPanel.com uses your contact information for the sole purpose of conducting survey research. We do not sell/share or distribute your contact information with any 3rd party.
All users and visitors to our website have the option to discontinue communications from us by email or newsletters. FinancialAdvisorPanel.com/FAPanel.com maintains a database of Advisors that have elected to be removed from our communications. Including our survey research initiatives and those of our clients, we ensure that Advisors from that database are not corresponded with. Every survey administered by FinancialAdvisorPanel.com/FAPanel.com provides a link or an email address to request that you be removed from the current study and all future correspondence.
If you have questions and would like to discuss them, you can contact Jim Neuwirth or Dave Volpe directly.
